Paying a freelancer, buying from a marketplace seller, or closing a B2B deal with a new counterparty all carry the same problem: someone has to go first. Traditional escrow is slow, expensive, and rarely designed for small, fast online deals. TrustVexa holds funds while both sides complete their obligations, releases against milestones, and puts a neutral mediator on standby if a deal goes sideways.

Neutrality
Our mediator has no stake in the outcome of a deal. Decisions follow the agreed terms and the evidence — nothing else.
Accountability
Every state change and every cent is recorded in an append-only, double-entry ledger. Math happens server-side in integer smallest units, so balances always reconcile.
Confidentiality
Sensitive deal details are envelope-encrypted at rest and access is scoped to the parties on the deal.
Transparency
Fees are published up front on a clear sliding scale. There are no surprise charges and no hidden spreads.

We build deliberately. Everything below is planned work, not shipped functionality.
AI fraud detection & dispute assistance
Not live yet. We are building risk scoring for new deals and counterparties, plus evidence summarisation that helps a human mediator resolve disputes faster and more consistently. Final decisions stay with people.
Multi-sig custody
Upgrading the escrow wallet layer to a 2-of-3 multi-signature scheme so no single key can unilaterally move funds. This raises the security bar significantly for large deals.
